По большому счёту о жизни Олеси Троянской известно не так много: страдала от наркотической зависимости, её квартира представляла собой наркоманский притон. Долго и мучительно слезала с иглы через алкоголь. После десятилетнего перерыва собрала новую группу. Умерла 22 июля 1995 года от рака груди. Урна с прахом захоронена в Москве на Введенском кладбище.
